Negotiations 2018-2019
Both the Association and the District sunshined their proposals last school year. Now we wait for negotiation dates. Our CTA representative Mitch Olsen changed jobs within CTA and we now have a new representative Michelle Johnson. We look forward to getting some dates on the calendar.
Negotiation Process
GTA presents (sunshines) our proposal. The District presents (sunshines) their counter proposal. We then determine dates that both sides can meet. When we come to our best possible proposal we bring it to you in a meeting, then ask members to vote on it.

Negotiations have begun. If you have any ideas share them with your Site Rep or with someone on the Negotiations Committee.
